Any products received within 7 days (count from Post Office tracking information) and defects are found and confirmed by the manufacturer is their fault. We would arrange for replacement of same product that customer ordered, with same quantity. (not include defects caused by careless use by the buyer, and MUST still in original package and UNUSED.) 

Shipping fee will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is payable by Rosen Bridge. 

Refund will be made in PAYPAL or Credit Card, it may take up to 2 months. NO CASH REFUND.
